Description
The 100 Men Hall is an historic Blues music venue on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Hall, as it is locally known, was a stop on the Chitlin' Circuit in the 1930's - 60's and hosted several well-known artists including, Etta James, Deacon John, Big Joe Turner, Guitar Slim & numerous others. In 2011, The Hall received a Blues Trail Marker from The Mississippi Blues Commission and became a 501(c)3 fund of the Hancock Community Development Foundation. In June 2011 The Hall was resurrected as a live music venue and has recently hosted Little Freddie King, Walter "Wolfman" Washington, The Homemade Jamz Band, Howl-N-Madd Perry and others.
