The Yoga Barre

The Yoga Barre is a boutique yoga and barre studio designed to help students embrace a healthy lifestyle. We offer yoga classes taught by Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers and barre classes taught by Barre Intensity trained instructors. Our yoga classes and Barre Intensity classes emphasize the connection between mind and body. The classes focus on developing strength and flexibility throughout the body, along with breath awareness and mindfulness practices, helping students create a balance between mind and body. Zumba, Latin-inspired dance classes, are also offered and taught by Zumba certified instructors.

Our effective and enjoyable class offerings have been designed to help students achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle. All levels are welcome.
